What exactly am I buying: land, or a building?
Bare land. All three listings are undeveloped plots. The only existing structure on any of them is the retaining wall on 10‑2 & 10‑3. Any renders shown are concept illustrations of what could be built, not the product for sale.
Do any of these lots have a building permit?
Only 10‑2 & 10‑3 has ever had one: an approved design for two connected buildings of 8 units each, 16 units in total. That permit has since expired, and a buyer can reinstate it or design fresh. 10‑6 and 14‑13 are building permit ready: a buyer applies for permits to their own design, with buildability demonstrated by the homes already built on neighbouring plots under the same zoning terms.
Does buying the land qualify me for a Golden Visa?
Not on its own. Corinthia sits in Greece's €400,000 Golden Visa tier, which requires a single qualifying residence of at least 120 m². A buyer who develops such a home on this land can pursue that pathway. The land purchase alone does not grant residency. See Why Greece and consult a licensed specialist.
Can 10‑2 & 10‑3 be bought or built separately?
They're sold together as one 2,113.15 m² parcel, but they remain two underlying titles (1,035.60 m² and 1,077.55 m²), so the combined site can be developed as one larger project or as two separate homes.
How far is the site from Athens?
Roughly 100 km, about 1h25m by car via the Corinth Canal. Athens International Airport is a little further again.
What's included with the retaining wall on 10‑2 & 10‑3?
A concrete retaining wall roughly 5 m high and 100 m long, together with the excavation works that prepared the site for building: just over €200,000 of completed work, already on site and included in the price.
