You appoint your own lawyer
An independent Greek lawyer, not ours, runs title checks, confirms clean ownership, and reviews permit status against the cadastre and survey.
AFM & bank account
Your lawyer helps set up a Greek tax number and bank account, usually in parallel with due diligence.
Notarial deed
The purchase completes before a notary once taxes are paid and your lawyer confirms everything checks out.
Permits, on your terms
Reinstate an existing design or start fresh with your own engineer. It is never a condition of the sale.
